As a virtual agent for Working Solutions, you will be engaged to work on a project basis. Generally, you will have to communicate with customers via phone, online chat, or e-mail. Technical Requirements

Application Process

The application process goes through two phases and should take no more than an hour to complete. First, you need to log in and then fill the applicant form with general information about yourself, including your full name, email address, date of birth, etc. You will be asked to select a security question and answer. Aim to provide as detailed information about your work experience as you can. After you finish, press the Next button on the bottom of the page and go to the following phase, called Technical check. This is the testing part and if you pass it with flying colors, they will invite you for a telephonic interview. If everything goes well, you will get hired.

Please, note that reviewing your application can take months due to the large number of people who wish to become virtual agents and apply every day. Something to bear in mind, whereas most applicants who meet all requirements get hired within a week, others have to wait for months until they hear back from the company. As you wait for a response, do not re-apply. You can check their website occasionally and update your profile when you want to add new information regarding your skills and experience.

How much does Working Solutions pay their work from home agents?

Pay rates vary according to the job profile you are applying for. Depending on the project you work on, you can earn anywhere between $7.50 and $30 per hour. The amount of completed work and positive results determine your success. Normally, the more projects you finish, the higher your earnings will grow.

Payment Method

Working Solutions pays their work from home agents via direct bank deposits. You can also request payment via check. Working Solutions issues paper check to their agents twice a month but only for the work that has been invoiced.
