As a virtual agent for Working Solutions, you will be engaged to work on a project basis. Generally, you will have to communicate with customers via phone, online chat, or e-mail. The application process goes through two phases and should take no more than an hour to complete. First, you need to log in and then fill the applicant form with general information about yourself, including your full name, email address, date of birth, etc. You will be asked to select a security question and answer. Aim to provide as detailed information about your work experience as you can. After you finish, press the Next button on the bottom of the page and go to the following phase, called Technical check. This is the testing part and if you pass it with flying colors, they will invite you for a telephonic interview. If everything goes well, you will get hired.
